For the Apple Pie (1 standard pie)

6 medium apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith), peeled & sliced

½ cup brown sugar

2 tbsp granulated sugar

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 ½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg

1 tbsp cornstarch or flour (to thicken)

For the Boba Topping

½ cup Better Boba Mango Pearls, cooked

2 tbsp caramel sauce (to coat pearls)

🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Pie Filling
Cook sliced apples in a skillet with:
butter + brown sugar + cinnamon + nutmeg + lemon juice
Simmer until apples soften (8–10 mins).
Stir in cornstarch to thicken.
2️⃣ Assemble the Pie
Fill crust with cooked apples.
Add top crust (lattice or full). Seal edges.
Brush with egg wash for golden shine (optional).
3️⃣ Bake
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40–50 minutes until bubbly & golden.
4️⃣ Cook the Boba
Prepare Better Boba pearls following package directions.
Toss warm pearls in caramel sauce to create glossy caramel boba.
5️⃣ Serve + Top
Serve pie warm.
