six simple steps for preparing brown sugar boba – stovetop or instant pot:
Make your brown sugar boba on a stovetop or instant pot in six simple steps. Once cooked, use the microwave to reheat. Each 8oz bag contains about 12 standard servings.
stovetop boba

boil 6 cups of water.

empty the bag of boba into the boiling water and stir.

boil for 40 minutes, stirring frequently.

turn off the heat, put the lid on, and let sit for 25 minutes.

strain in a colander and rinse under cold water for 10 seconds.

mix with your favorite sweetener (honey, brown sugar, agave) and enjoy!
instant pot boba

pour 6 cups of water and the bag of boba in an Instant Pot.

place the lid on and click to close.

press the manual setting and adjust the timer to 22 minutes.

when the timer beeps, allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes.
