    boil 6 cups of water.

    empty the bag of boba into the boiling water and stir.

    boil for 40 minutes, stirring frequently.

  • turn off the heat, put the lid on, and let sit for 25 minutes.

    strain the pearls in a colander and rinse under cold water for 10 seconds.

    mix with your favorite sweetener (honey, brown sugar, agave) and enjoy!



instant pot boba

  • 1

    pour 6 cups of water and the bag of boba in an Instant Pot.

  • 2

    place the lid on and click to close.

  • 3

    press the manual setting and adjust the timer to 22 minutes.

  • when the timer beeps, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes.

    strain the pearls in a colander and rinse under cold water for 10 seconds.

  • 6

    mix with your favorite sweetener (honey, brown sugar, agave) and enjoy!
