For the Boba Layer

½ cup Better Boba Classic Brown Sugar Pearls, cooked

2 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar syrup
For the Chai Latte

1 chai tea bag (or 2 tsp loose-leaf chai)

¾ cup milk or oat milk

¼ cup water

1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)

¼ tsp cinnamon

⅛ tsp ground ginger

🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Boba
Prepare Better Boba pearls per package directions.
Toss warm pearls in maple syrup and let soak for 5–10 minutes.
2️⃣ Brew the Chai
In a small pot, heat milk and water until warm (not boiling).
Add chai tea bag, cinnamon, ginger, and pepper.
Steep for 5 minutes, remove tea bag, and stir in maple syrup.
3️⃣ Assemble the Drink
Add the maple-coated boba to your favorite mug.
Pour the warm chai latte over top.
Finish with whipped cream, cinnamon, and a light drizzle of maple syrup.
