Churro Sundae Boba Parfait

This isn’t just a drink—it’s a whole dessert experience. Layers of crispy cinnamon-sugar churro bites, creamy vanilla ice cream, caramel drizzle, and Better Boba brown sugar pearls come together in a parfait-style treat that you eat with a spoon and sip through a straw. It’s warm, cold, chewy, gooey, and crunchy all in one.


🧋 Ingredients (2 servings)

  • ½ cup Better Boba brown sugar pearls, cooked

  • 2 fresh churros (cut into bite-size pieces; store-bought or homemade)

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzle)

  • Whipped cream (optional)

  • Cinnamon sugar (for dusting)

  1. Cook the Boba

  2. Prepare the Churros

    • Cut churros into bite-sized chunks. If using store-bought, warm them in the oven or air fryer.

  3. Assemble the Parfait
