Boba Grilled Cheese Blueberry Danish

Ingredients
For the Boba Filling:

1 ½ tbsp brown sugar or honey

1 tbsp water
For the Danish:

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

½ cup blueberry preserves or fresh blueberries cooked down with sugar

¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cream cheese if preferred for a softer melt)

1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)

1 egg (for egg wash)
Optional Glaze:

¼ cup powdered sugar
-
1–2 tsp milk
-
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Prepare the Boba

Cook the Better Boba pearls according to the package directions.

Once cooked, coat them in brown sugar or honey while still warm. Let cool to room temperature.

Prepare the Puff Pastry

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut puff pastry into 4 equal squares.

Assemble the Danishes

Spoon 1 tbsp blueberry filling into the center of each pastry square.

Add a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella on top.

Place a few spoonfuls of boba pearls over the cheese.

Fold the corners of the pastry toward the center, pressing lightly to seal.

Brush & Bake

Brush the tops with egg wash and a little melted butter for color.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and flaky.

Add Glaze (Optional)

Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla together until smooth.

Drizzle over the warm pastries for a glossy finish.
