Sparkling Citrus Boba Spritz

Even when it’s cold outside, this Sparkling Citrus Boba Spritz brings sunshine in a glass. It’s the perfect pick-me-up for National Drink Day, combining warm citrus notes, golden sparkle, and chewy Better Boba pearls. Think of it as winter’s way of saying: spring is almost here.
For a sweeter, tropical twist, use Better Boba mango pearls. For a tangy berry edge, use Better Boba strawberry pearls — both pair perfectly with the honeyed citrus base.

½ cup Better Boba mango or strawberry pearls, cooked
1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
1 tsp lemon juice (optional, to brighten the flavor)

Add ice (optional for winter, or skip for a cozier, room-temperature version).
Pour in the citrus mixture.
Top with sparkling water for a gentle fizz.
Garnish:
Add a slice of citrus or a sprig of mint. For extra sparkle, dust the rim with sugar and zest.
✨ Optional Cozy Version
