The Leo Blossom: Strawberry-Hibiscus Milk Tea

A rich strawberry-hibiscus milk tea made with Better Boba’s strawberry pearls, topped with whipped cream, a berry drizzle, and a dusting of edible gold. It’s fiery, flirty, and over-the-top—just like a Leo in their element.


🔥 Ingredients:

For the Drink:

  • ½ cup Better Boba strawberry pearls

  • ½ cup hibiscus tea (strong brew, cooled)

  • ½ cup oat milk or whole milk

  • ¼ cup strawberry purée or syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Ice

Toppings:

  • Whipped cream (optional, but why not?)

  • Strawberry drizzle or crushed freeze-dried berries

  • Edible gold dust or glitter (Leo must-have)

  • Fresh strawberry or edible flower (optional garnish)


🌺 Instructions:

1. Cook the Boba:
Cook Better Boba strawberry pearls according to package directions. Let them soak in simple syrup or strawberry juice for added flavor.

2. Brew the Tea:
Steep hibiscus tea strong, then chill. It should be tart and bright red—Leo vibes.

3. Mix the Milk Tea:
In a shaker or glass, combine hibiscus tea, milk, strawberry purée, vanilla, and ice. Shake well or stir until creamy and cold.

4. Assemble:
Add strawberry boba to the bottom of a glass. Pour the milk tea mixture on top. Crown it with whipped cream, strawberry drizzle, gold dust, and your chosen garnish.
