Tropical Sunrise Boba Mocktail

A bright, tropical mocktail with layers of pineapple, passion fruit, and orange, finished with chewy Mango Boba. Pouring the ingredients carefully creates a beautiful sunrise gradient—perfect for summer.

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp Mango Boba
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz passion fruit juice or passion fruit nectar
• 3 oz orange juice
• 2–3 oz sparkling water
• ½ cup ice
• Pineapple wedge or orange slice, optional

Instructions

1. Add Mango Boba to the bottom of a clear glass.
2. Fill the glass generously with ice.
3. Pour in the pineapple juice and passion fruit juice.
4. Slowly pour the orange juice over the back of a spoon to help create a layered sunset effect.
5. Top gently with sparkling water.
6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or orange slice.
7. Serve unmixed to show off the sunrise gradient, then stir before drinking.

🌅 For an even prettier gradient

For a more dramatic yellow-to-orange sunrise, mix ½–1 tsp grenadine with the passion fruit layer and pour it near the bottom. This gives you a deeper orange-red base without overpowering the tropical flavors.
