Instructions
First, prepare the Chamomile Tea Syrup:
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan.
Remove the saucepan from heat and add 2 chamomile tea bags to the hot water. Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes to infuse the water with chamomile flavor.
After steeping, remove the tea bags from the saucepan, pressing gently to extract any remaining liquid.
Return the saucepan to low heat and gradually stir in 1 cup of granulated sugar. Continue stirring until the sugar completely dissolves.
Once the sugar has dissolved, increase the heat to medium and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. This will help thicken the syrup slightly.
After simmering, remove the saucepan from the heat and let the chamomile tea syrup cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, transfer the syrup to a clean and airtight container. You can strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any chamomile residue if desired.

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of rum, 2 oz of aqua fresca juice, 1-2 oz of almond milk, and 0.5-1 oz of chamomile tea syrup. Adjust the quantities to suit your taste preferences, whether you prefer a stronger or lighter flavor profile.
Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously to mix all the ingredients together and create a harmonious blend of flavors.
Prepare a serving glass by adding a generous amount of the cooked and cooled Better Boba Classic Brown Sugar Tapioca Pearls to the bottom.
