How To Make Strawberry Bubble Tea
First, prepare the strawberry puree: (2-3 servings). The strawberry puree can be done a few different ways, but getting it right makes all the difference. Sure the boba is the star of the show, but the strawberry puree is the supporting case. Any great team is only as good as its weakest link.
Prepare the Strawberry Puree
If using frozen strawberries, soak them in 3 tbsp sugar for 20 minutes, then blend until smooth. If using fresh strawberries, blend with 1 tbsp water and 1 tbsp sugar until smooth.
Brew the Rose Tea
Steep 1 cup of rose petal black tea in hot water for 5-7 minutes, then pour the brewed rose tea through a strainer to separate the tea leaves from the liquid. Let it chill if making iced tea.
