The Seattle Boba Fest

2024 seattle boba fest

Seattle Boba Fest at The University District

Better Boba was thrilled to partner with Konbit Cafe at the 2024 Seattle Boba Fest! Organized by the U District Partnership, the event celebrates Seattle’s boba culture and the city’s highest concentration of bubble tea shops. 28 businesses offered an exciting menu of bubble tea inspired sips and snacks, including a Boba Lava Cake and self-serve boba.

Located in the heart of the U District, Konbit Cafe serves Seattle’s best Haitian specialty coffee. They boast a well-crafted Haitian-inspired menu with coffee sourced directly from farmers in the northern hills of Dondon, Haiti. Their profits enrich the lives of young entrepreneurs in Port-au-Prince.

Konbit Cafe is an initiative of Kay Tita, a community resource organization dedicated to empowering Haitian entrepreneurs and small business owners through technical skills training and by cultivating critical partnerships and impact investing opportunities. Kay Tita is rooted in work between Haiti and Seattle.
